Finding the right home care agency can be confusing and frustrating. Here at Valley View Home Care we will do our best to answer all your questions.

Our staff are licensed and trained appropriately to serve clients in their homes. They have the commitment and dedication to provide care services that our clients deserve.

Our agency has many kinds of programs and types of care through PCA and HCBS.

The HCBS standards under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245D, were part of a larger HCBS Waiver Provider Standards initiative to improve the dignity, health and independence of the people we serve.

PCA Agency Provider

    • Option of Minnesota Personal Care Assistance Program
    • Allows patients receiving PCA Services to choose the agency that hires trains and supervises their PCA
Our Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for persons with disabilities, living independently in the community. This includes the elderly and others with special health care needs. Our train individuals come into your home and assists you with your activities of daily living. Some of which include:
  • Assistance with activities of Daily Living
  • Bathing/Dressing, and Toileting Assistance
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Component and Personal Care

Home and Community-Based Services

Our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provides services with disabilities and persons age 65 and older in any county in the state, subject to the standards of Minnesota Statue, Chapter 245A and Minnesota Status, 245D. The HCBS services address the needs of people with functional limitations who need assistance with everyday activities. The program enables people to stay in their homes rather than moving to a facility for care.
